Return Policy:
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Please note you have up to 14 days to inspect and return any defective items. After 14 days no refunds/credits can processed. Please return defective or incorrect products in original shipping carton, with all original packaging intact. Once items have been inspected, the refund/credit will be issued. In some cases photographic evidence of damage/defect may be required. Please note the customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost, as only defective items can be returned free of charge. Only after our internal review, is your order considered “accepted” and then sent to our distribution center to be shipped out to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged then we will issue you a refund for the total amount charged.
