Please return defective or incorrect products in original shipping carton, with all original packaging intact. Once items have been inspected, the refund/credit will be issued. In some cases photographic evidence of damage/defect may be required. Please note the customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost, as only defective items can be returned free of charge.
