Return Policy

InStock Supplies Return Policy gives refunds on your orders if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Other restrictions may apply.

In order to return an item you will need authorization. Please email Cindy@InStockSupplies.com for this

authorization. Selling price minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded to the credit card on which the

sale was made. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer is required to pay shipping on the return.

An address to ship the authorized return back to will be provided.

Please allow up to 10 business days to see the return on your credit card.

Condition of returnable items must be in unopened box with all original contents.

It is best to use UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it

does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the

warehouse, we cannot issue you a credit.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Any claims for damaged or missing items must

be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: opened and/or assembled furniture, special order items, custom or made to

order products, dated calendars, planners, and planner refills, floor machines, food, snacks (including

snack rewards), beverage and any perishable items, medicines, first aid kits and kit refills,  and videos &

discs.
